Our main restaurant is located on the ground floor and seats up to sixty-five people. Diners enter the room through a door flanked by two stuffed calfs and are greeted by a magnificent centre-piece - an Argentinian asador - an open fire of glowing coals over which cuts of meat are cooked on a spit, and a parilla or barbeque where steaks are seared.
Only the finest cuts of beef are served at La Cabaña and a large choice of accompanying wines are available, in particular a variety of native Argentinian wines.
