Our Team
Diego Alejandro Moyano - Executive Chef
Diego Moyano was promoted to Executive Chef of La Cabaña in March 2005. He is now in charge of staff management, creation of new menus and dishes, banqueting supervision, operative costs and training.
Diego started his career at La Cabaña as Chef de Partie in September 2003 and was named Sous Chef in January 2004. A combination of his dedication and his creativity has earned him this position in such a short period of time. |
| Prior to joining us, Diego worked at the NH hotel group where his tasks included Mise en Place, Main Courses, Room Service, Banqueting, Restaurant à la Carte and Commis. |

Damian Gelati - Grill Chef Damian Gelati was promoted to Executive Grill Chef at La Cabaña in March 2005. Damian started his career at La Cabaña as Chef de Partie in September 2003 and was named Sous Chef in January 2004.
In 1998 he began working at CREMASH, a company specialising in Banquet Catering, where he deal with suppliers and was involved in both the Food and Bevarage and Human Resources departments. While working there he started studying to become a Food and Beverage Technician at CENCAP. |
At the same time he obtained the degree of Professional Chef at the BUE Trainers, where he also attained the degree of Specialist in International Cuisine. After completing his academic training he worked for one year for the NH hotel group where he was a Commis with responsibility for Main Courses in the restaurant, room service and banqueting.
